Afternoon Walk
Here is a painting I did for the Crystal Cove Alliance, to hang in their gift shop at Crystal Cove State Park. I was lucky enough to be invited to be a permanent exhibitor for 2012. I'm even more pleased to announce that it sold after just over a week in the gallery!
I love every view of the cove, but this was a departure for me. I had always wanted to paint an overview and am thrilled someone thought enough of it to buy it.

These two paintings of Crystal Cove are very special.
ReplyDeleteYou really caught the distance and atmosphere so well. I used to walk on the beach there when visiting a friend. I lived up the road in Newport Beach at the time. These two wonderful paintings brought back memories.
